The various roles involved in GSi and their respective responsibilities are described below:
Business Users The users of the vertical; Citizen, Official, Departmental Staff, etc
Business Analyst Models the Business Process using the Process Definition Tools
GSi Administrator Administers the GSi: Manages User Profile, Processes, Access Rights
Vertical Administrator Administers the specific vertical: Manages User Profile, Processes, Access Rights
Vertical Implementer Provides implementation for activities for the vertical
Software Provider Provides the necessary software: Operating System, Application Server, Messaging Server, Database
Hardware Provider Provides the hardware machines
